Web UI for OpCon Deploy

Users need to be able to access OpCon Deploy without installing a desktop client.

* The user interface should have a similar look and feel of Solution Manager.
* We should be able to access each OpCon environment's Solution Manager from the OpCon Deploy UI (if configured).
* We should also be able to access OpCon Deploy from each OpCon environment's Solution Manager (if configured).
