File Arrival Order

Idea from customer Groupama G2S linked to the case SMA-00075241

The customer want to be able to chose different behaviors for the File Arrival among the following possibilities :

* Arrival date : to detect the oldest file first (first in first out)
* Creation date : to detect the file with the oldest creation date
* Alphabetical order
