Warning limit reached agent on Netcom process

Is it possible to have a sql query warning when the Netcom process reaching the threshold of 800 agents ?

We need that tool to anticipate the creation of a new Netcom proces before crashing it like that night.

NetCom's limitation for number of Agents has been increased to 2048. There is also a safe guard not allowing the creation of additional Agents on one NetCom once we have hit that limit. Those updates reduce the need for this idea.
