Change "Not Responding" to "Disabled" When Machines are Disabled

Currently in Enterprise Manager, when a machine and LSAM is not communicating it displays as "Not Responding" typically in red. However, when a machine is manually disabled within EM, it also shows "Not Responding" as the status. It seems that it would make better sense that the status should simply show "Disabled" instead. It'd help with sorting when you have dozens of machines and you're wanting to sort by status to address a select few.
