Hide the Vision Button in Solution Manager, if no Vision license exists!

Or add an extra flag to hide the Button. By now if you have "All Administrative Functions" or "All Administrative Functions" the Vision Button is Visible even if you don't have a license.

The basic version of Vision is free and is unlicensed.

"View Vision Workspace" is a function privilege that can be revoked for non-admins to not see the module.
