MCP - Enhance SMA/ANNOUNCE to add Tags to tracked job

I am thinking about improving SMA/ANNOUNCE a little bit…

So… Announce will add the job to the daily. We assign tags to jobs in the Job Master to give the users the ability to filter the operations screens using tags. Vison is a module in Solution Manager where we can group jobs using tags and see those jobs (and only those jobs) through Solution Manager.
As the jobs "announced" by the MCP LSAM do not exist in the Master, I was wondering if we could add a parameter to Announce… Let's say… Tag…
So, when the job shows up in the daily, we would be able to see that job if we select that tag. In addition, that job could be part of a group in Vision…
How hard would it be?
Another thing about Announce… As the job does not exist in the Master, it does not have any event assigned to it. I can use Notification Manager to setup Events based on a trigger for the schedule I will be adding the announced job to, but this would be for all jobs under that Schedule… And I do not like using the AdHoc Sch
