Update MCP message monitoring to determine what program displayed the message.

Initial Request:

I have four different databases running four different copies of the same program. They each have a unique program name. I want to initiate a job when the message is displayed by a specific version of the program. All display the same message so I cannot tell which program displayed the message. Therefore I cannot automate the process. We must rely on an operator to manually release the jobs when they see the message displayed on the ODT. This will allow me to automate the process through OpCon without any manual intervention that is required today.
