Icon Library for Self Serivce Buttons

D474: As a Self Service administrator, in addition to the Custom HTML, I would like Self Service to have a built-in library of icons I could place on my buttons. Providing some basic EMOJIS such as color coded bubbles, boxes, etc would be a great start. That could easily be used to define severity (within a group). Please provide feedback and vote on this idea. SMA posted this idea becuase we heard form our Technical Account Managers, and we would like to see how important this is to the larger community.
