Use Encrypted Tokens in Notification Manager

Hello,

We would like to use Encrypted Token defined in Global Properties in Notification Manager

In "Run Command" for example

When we use Encrypted Token, the SMANotifyHandler can't decrypt it like seen with SMA Support (SMA-00093646)
