Install Resource Monitor in multiple instances on one server

Hi Team,

As you see in Case SMA-00081127 ther is the need to be able to install Resource Monitor in multiple instances on one server, just like the MSLSAM is installed in multiple instances on this server (one connected to dev one to prod environment).

> Resource Monitor is already capable of running in instances as tested by installing it manually for the second instance (with copying and sc create).

Now it would be nice if we automate it in to our Resource Monitor installer (we might can take the instance install code from MSLSAM and add it to Resource Monitor?)
