Partial Transformations

There are times when some but not all Jobs within a Schedule needs a transformation rule applied. We need an additional field to be tied to transformation rules.

Example:

* When (Primary Machine = SYMDEV) & (Tag = Production) change Primary Machine to SYMITAR.
* When (Primary Machine = SYMDEV) & (Tag = Backup) change Primary Machine to SYMBU.

The example above would update the Primary Machine of all Jobs which are running on SYMDEV and have a Tag matching to word "Production" to run on SYMITAR. It would also update the Primary Machine of all Jobs which are running on SYMDEV and have a Tag matching to word "Backup" to run on SYMBU.
