Create a Batch Deploy Server wizard

Right now, setting up the BATCH_DEPLOY schedule and the Batch Schedule Server is a manual action for the customer.

It would be nice to have some kind of guided setup to prepare an Opcon environment to become a Batch Schedule Server.

This would add a configured BATCH_DEPLOY schedule to the server's master schedule list.
It would also need to install client cli applications (or some equivalent) to the server.
