Make BatchScheduleServer a checkbox option on server setup screen

Currently to perform Batch Deployments, you need to create a server named "BatchScheduleServer". The server can have the same settings as another server; it just needs to have another entry with that reserved name.

I think it would be more intuitive to add a checkbox to designate a server as the "BatchScheduleServer".
